熟悉粒度測試的人會經(jīng)常聽到一個詞“聚團"，那么什么是聚團呢~顆粒“聚團"是指多個顆粒粘附到一起成為“團粒"的現(xiàn)象。“聚團"的主要原因是顆粒所帶的電荷、水份、范德華力等表面能相互作用的結(jié)果。顆粒越細，其表面能越大，“聚團"的機會就越多。
People familiar with particle size testing often hear a word "agglomerate", so what is "agglomerate"? Particle "agglomerate" means that many particles stick together to become "aggregate" phenomenon. 在激光粒度儀粒度測試時需要對樣品進行分散的方法有激光法、沉降法、篩分法、電阻法、圖像法等。在粒度測試中不需要對樣品進行分散的方法有費氏法(測平均粒度)、超聲波法、X射線小角散射法等。

為使顆粒處于單體狀態(tài)，在進行粒度測試前要對樣品進行分散處理。而不同的測試方法需要有不同的分散方法：濕法粒度測試的分散方法有潤濕、攪拌、超聲波、分散劑等，這些方法往往同時使用。
In order to keep the particles in a monomeric state, the sample should be dispersed before the particle size test is carried out.
